We put it in writing before we touch a single wet stud. Marsh Water Damage Dallas has operated in Dallas since 2005 as part of the Threshold Group family of restoration companies, and every job we take carries the same standing promise: the 365-Day Done Right Promise. If the repair is not right within a full year, we make it right. A free second visit is automatic on every work order, printed, time-stamped, and never something you have to argue for. Tobias Reyner, Owner, set that rule on day one and it hasn’t changed.
What’s Covered
- Workmanship for a full 365 days. If a repair we performed fails within a year of completion, we return and correct it at no charge, with a second visit scheduled automatically.
- Written price before any work starts. The number you approve is the number you pay. No estimate that balloons after demo begins, no after-the-fact surprises, no “we found more” conversations that were not documented in writing first.
- Cleanup and removal of damaged materials. We haul out what we tear out. You will not be left with a pile of wet drywall in the driveway while you figure out who to call next.
- On-time arrival with a name and a face. Every technician is background-checked, identity-verified, and sent to you by name and photo before the visit. The person at your door shows a photo ID badge, every time, no exceptions.
- Honest drying verification. Psychrometric readings, which is a technical way of saying we measure the moisture in the air and in the materials, tell us when the structure is genuinely dry, not just dry on the surface. We do not pull equipment early to hit a schedule.
- Equipment that matches the problem. We run Dri-Eaz, Phoenix, XPOWER, B-Air, and Injectidry commercial drying and extraction tools. That is the same gear large commercial restoration firms deploy, and we bring it to residential jobs in Dallas.

Our Satisfaction Promise
Here is how it works if something is not right. Call the office at (432) 529-4284. A live person answers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. No voicemail tree, no chatbot, no “leave a message and we’ll get back to you within one business day.” You explain what is wrong. We pull the original work order, because the 365-Day Done Right Promise is documented, time-stamped, and printed on every single job we do. Then we schedule the second visit. It is free. It was always going to be free. That clause sits in the terms of the guarantee and has since 2005. Tobias Reyner, Owner, has a straightforward view on this: if we charged extra to fix our own mistake, the guarantee would just be a sales line. The promise is only real if it costs us something when we get it wrong.
Most issues we see fall into two buckets. The first is a spot that was not fully dry. Sometimes a wall cavity holds moisture longer than the meters caught, or a homeowner notices a musty smell a few weeks later. We come back, re-meter, reopen if needed, and dry it again. The second is a workmanship issue at a seam, a corner, a patch. Those get corrected and refinished. We do not argue about whether the problem is real. If the repair was part of our work order and it failed within 365 days, we fix it. Period.
Licensed & Insured Backing
A guarantee printed on a work order means little if the company behind it disappears tomorrow. Marsh Water Damage Dallas is licensed and insured, and the technical team holds IICRC, RIA, and IFA credentials. Those are the restoration industry’s recognized training and certification bodies, not marketing badges. They mean our technicians have been tested on extraction, drying, and mold remediation standards that exist because someone, somewhere, once did the job badly and ruined a house. Insurance coverage protects you if something goes wrong on the job site. Licensing means the state has verified a baseline of competence. The 365-Day Done Right Promise means you are not depending on either of those alone to get a bad repair corrected.
